The transition period can be extended up to 2 times, for three months each, with a 25% increase in the deposit for each extension.”

I consulted the official website of the VINCI Company today!!
Cape Verde is not yet on its list of countries where it manages air-port facilities.
The agreement, by direct agreement (!!), was signed in July last year!!
We've already counted 8 months and nothing:
